It means the solution is not converging in the current increment. Check the boundary conditions, mesh etc. or try reducing the time of increment and increase the no of increments in the step module.

You may choose General in Step. 

Option 1

1. in that window of create step-1, there will be 3 options basic, incrementation , Others

2. In incrementation change the value of minimum from 1e-5 to 0.1, 0.01, 0.001 etc.

Option 2

1. Go for fine meshing.

That may be due to very large deformation, or force applied.

2. Check whether  input values are in same Unit system. That will also create same problem.
