I found that my squid, cuttlefish and octopus sequences all have multiple stop codons in all-over places in the sequence. I prepared them by means of Sanger methods for COI 1 barcoding. Could anyone please explain, please. Thanks.
Please ignore this question since I cannot delete it. I found out the way to study and to understand it. Cheers.
Hi Norma Afiati super interesting question!! Could you write your answer? That would be great!
Hello, how have you been able to get around this? Thanks Norma Afiati
