We all know that the students in the preliminary studies are asked to work only in the final phase of their studies in their specially. I think it is every Prof(s) role to encourage their students to perform and do well in the long run . So if it involves presenting papers and conferences then they should encourage (I would !!!)
As long as students are given their due credit when the research is presented and published, then it is an excellent way for students to get a taste for what research in the field is all about and to give a head start to those students who want to pursue advanced degrees.
Agree with views shared above by RG friends/peers, it is evident that in the current situation where in young generation need to be pampered so much for their work and contributions..... suggest that there should be redevelopment in to our legacy thinking and move towards what current generation thinks like more appreciation , lesser work .... so on

En la mayoría de las carreras de la Universidad ESpecializada de las Américas se previene que los estudiantes tengan acceso al contexto laboral ya que las careras cuentan con un grupo de horas significativas de practica profesional donde los estudiantes de Biomedica realizan practica profesional en instituciones donde van a realizar practicas profesionales de susespecialidades.
