The above is the ad that I mentioned in the question. What is your take on it in terms of the current situation in the USA?
The EB-5 Investment Program is for higher income immigrants who can afford to invest and create jobs. This is helpful to the USA and the immigrants. However, immigrants who don't have similar resources when they first enter the country, usually contribute more to the country after staying 10 to 20 years. Thus, giving the EB-5s a preferential treatment does not mean they'll do more for the USA than their less wealthy counterparts.
