What do you suggest to encourage "big names" to be more active in RG ?

With the most respect and appreciation for all colleagues, what is the way to attract high experts and big names to increase their activity in RG ?

I think it is good enough that we, the "no names", share our ideas, thought, questions and answers here on RG. Big names would possibly dominate the forum and discourage younger scientists to frankly aks for opinions and let us participate in their research problems.
