Everybody does. It will take a patient teacher to be able to discover individuals talents by engaging them and having direct interactions with them

In order to discover particularly gifted and talented students, in order to effectively motivate students to develop above average abilities, unconventional, creative didactic and educational methods should be used, aimed at developing specific types of knowledge and talents of talented students. The teacher should apply an individual course of didactics and education process, individualized to each talented in a given area of skills, having specific above-average abilities, interested in a specific field of student's knowledge. The teacher should prepare particularly talented students as part of the individual course of the didactics and education process to regional, national and international competitions, olympics specialized in a specific field of knowledge. In addition, the teacher should prepare particularly talented students as part of the individual course of the didactics and education process to achieve high scores in the qualification exams necessary in the situation of applying for a place, i.e. in the matter of getting into renowned high schools and studies.

Yes, every student has talent(s). A good teacher must discover these by personally interact ting with them, knowing their interests and promoting activities related to interns (talents).
An experienced teacher has quality to recognise and extract hidden talents of different students.
I do not think that there are ready made guidelines to extract taken from students.
A teachers experience and personal interactions shall work better as per my personal experiences.
A good and experienced teacher will be able to recognise the hidden talent of a particular student and will motivate him/her to express his talent in proper direction.

Our long teaching experience has shown that all students have certain talents.
Some are quick to learn while other need certain encoragement. We can promote individual
talents ('not extraxt talens') through interactions, discussions and even assignments.
Given such incentives, so called medicore students can even do better than meritorius ones.
