Heavy metals mostly have gradually decreased conc. with gradual rise of Soil PH and vice versa except in case of lead hence the mobility can also be controlled in such way to get rid of toxicity of heavy metals like cadmium that are a huge threat to sustainable agriculture worldwide.Also in case of other soil chemical properties, heavy metals can also be treated well by using different conclude able methodologies. What's your opinion about this?
Its very important to check and monitor the pH of medium when analyzing heavy metals. Low pH liberates more metals into the environment resulting in heavy metals pollution with its attendant health consequences. Similarly, pH is found to influence the levels of other physiochemical parameters in the medium such as soil or water. Several research publications in the literature supports and confirm these points.
There is various research work available for maintaining the pH of soil.
