While it is hard to draw definitive conclusions about student achievement based on class size alone, since other variables such as the quality of teachers, students degree of motivation and the role of the parents may come into play, large classes yield the following difficulties:
One of the main difficulties that a teacher may experience while teaching a large class is the tremendous effort that she or he will have to make. With an outnumbered class there is always something to be done.
With a large class, it is difficult to get a satisfactory knowledge of student’s needs. Intimacy with students and remembering names might be a problem.
As a consequence of the large number of students, the noise level is inevitably high which adds to the stress teachers may experience.
Organizing, planning and presenting lessons, may constitute another challenge for teachers in such classes as students abilities might differ considerably.
There is another difficulty related to the learning process. In fact, engaging learners actively in the learning process may not be easy in a crowded class.
It is hard to imagine how a large class would benefit from school resources such as computers, books, references…
With a crowded classroom, teachers might find it difficult to measure effectiveness.
A large classe gives reluctant students a place to hide.
I think the challenge is to deliver the required information to all the students present and with the same efficiency
you may need to
1. They could share their work and give each other feedback based on the assessment criteria; 2. During this, the teacher can visit the different groups and give comments and suggestions when needed; 3. The teacher can highlight particular aspects on the board so that students can engage in further peer feedback.

In our field of geophysics, usually, the student's strength in each is under 25. The similar case will be all over the world in Postgraduate classes.
Panacea :
For a crowded class gathering, the instructor may provide handouts and literature before the schedule of the class. In class, the instructor arranges a panel discussion of peer-learners and judges the performance of the groups.
I agree with my colleagues on the challenges, so I want to share something that worked for me when I taught a large section of World Religions last semester. In the section on Confucianism, I took a stack of index cards and, on each one, I wrote a saying from the Analects of Confucius. I began class by presenting a ten-minute overview of the Analects. Then I distributed the index cards so that everyone had one. I told each student, "Your job is to figure out how to interpret this saying. I'll give you four to five minutes to think things over. Afterwards, I'll go around the room and ask you to share your interpretation of the saying and how you arrived at that interpretation with the rest of the class." This forced each student to learn on their own, and it allowed students to drive the learning that occurred in the classroom for most of the period.
This is a big problem affecting the negative impact on the scientific level of the student, no matter how the professor of effort and also have a negative impact on the quality of education in any institution academic.
there are many challenges in teaching large number of students such as how to give feedback to every student in the class, the type of tasks and activities to be used and the correction of large number of papers.
Tailoring (customizing) the teaching and learning activities to each single student. I therefore try as much as possible to break my large classes so that I can attend to the individual learning needs of each of my precious students. Its times consuming, energy sucking and generally difficult, yet, it yields great results and maximize expected learning outcomes.
