take a deep breath and say to myself you are unique and expert and you can do that

sometimes I left my job and do yoga or some meditation exercise to forget my stress khhhhhh

but i think that better to divide your job to small parts, because your brain accept it better

stress comes from brain fear, help your brain similar to what i said you in above, and solve your problem as soon as possible...
