What distribution can be used to do a glm with antibodies titers data?

Hi dear all. I am testing the response of antibodies to sheep red blood cells during four experimental stages and I Intend to compare the four stages using a glm model. Since the response variable is an antibody titer it can only oscillates between 0 and 9. Any idea of which distribution can be used with this kind of response variable ?
