I'm required to do sentiment analysis on email communication and as the data is unlabeled, I was wondering if someone knows about a public dataset I can train a custom model on. I'm aware of several twitter/movies datasets and other of that nature however, I'm looking more for something closer to email communication between customers from tech companies and their support/sales teams. That would be my domain.
Also aware of tools like Google NL API and Amazon Comprehend but trying to avoid charges.
with the help of sentiment analysis on e mail communication , easily get Numerical survey data and is easily aggregated and you train the model.

Try to develope to parse emails from different email clients and perform some data mining analysis using WIKA data mining tool
