I'm trying to develop a positive control for a human FGF10 (fibroblast growth factor 10) Elisa that I am running. Would it work to use a human serum sample or saliva sample as a positive for the protein?
Are there any other recommendations on what could be used as a positive control for this test? Thanks!

Thanks for the response, Sandip! Since recombinant FGF10 comes with the kit as the standard, we were looking for a different positive control to use that is non-recombinant; preferably serum or saliva (since they would be the easiest for us to acquire).
