Hello! My cells after they were defrosted and seeded to a plate look like this under the microscope. It seems that the whole plate is covered with these small white dots. They are not motile and seems like it is everywhere. What could be the reason for that? I appreciate any help you can provide.

At some places, the white dots are arranged following lines. Perhaps these lines reflect scratches in the test plate. That reminds me of bubbles in a glass of champagne, which start at nucleation sites.

It looks like a kind of precipitation of salt or something in your coating solution/PBS/medium. You can use a fresh solution and mix them properly then use them to see if the issue will be solved.
