What could be a possible explanation for an anaphase bridge in plant?

Can any one tell me the possible explanation of Anaphase bridge formation in onion root meristem during genotoxicity evaluation?

It could originate from dicentric chromosome and indicate a genomic instability that possibly resulted as a general cellular response to genotoxic insult in the plant root.
