I am working with NdFeB powder material (avg. particle size is 5 µm). We did powder XRD and TEM diffraction analysis to find different phases in the particle. The results obtained are as follows:
XRD data - amorphous particle
TEM data - nanocrystallites in the particle.
Is there any other characterization technique available to find out different phases (like FeO, NdO, FeB, etc.) in the particle other than the main phase NdFeB?
Thank you in advance.
