Use the code as follows:

1) unzip the Sentinel-2 images;

2) then run,

python sen2to10.py --wdir=sen2_img_data --outdir=output_dir

In the output directory, there will be a tiff file named concat.tif with band index as follows:

[0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9] = [2,3,4,5,6,7,8,11,12,8A]

Hi Ravi, the simplest way would be to create a Graph (xml)in SNAP for resampling or any other complex task and then run the GPT command line tool using Python.
