We are injecting mouse brains with an AAV delivering a transgene. When we then try to use anti-mouse secondary antibodies, we get high background specifically in the region that has been injected. Not injected regions remain clear of background, and also control injections (AAV with control transgene) remain clear. We think our transgene leads to some kind of immune reaction but what I'd like to get your advise on is whether it's possible to identify what exactly is going on there. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
