Hi Mustafa, there are many reasons for this symptom on cucumber:
If there are any few random plants infected in GH there are many reasons for that:
1- The most probable reasons for this symptom is Pythium or Phytophthora infection. You should pull up the plant and check the root for any molding and prepare water culture to see the fungus under a microscope.
2- Check for any nematode infection in the root system.
Your soils composition might be deficient in some area. Especially if you are utilizing the same soil year after year with no rest.
If so you might address the issue with natural organic suppliants as organic supplements offer better balance in the long term as opposed to Industrial compounds.
Do you have your cucumber crop in rotation with more plant species? The pathogenic soil fungi that have been mentioned from previous answers may be also the outcome of poor diversity in the soil biology if you do not rotate your crops. The root exuded from your cucumbers may not be metabolized effectively by the soil microflora and their accumulation eventually, may favor the growth of tolerant species of fungi that are pathogenic to your crop species. Good luck!
