I believe that you should be really careful with such accusation. It seems that such results have been presented by one of the authors in his thesis that was defended in 2013 at the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil, under the supervision of Professor Cordeiro. Since the results published in a thesis guarantee the authorship I believe that they are the original authors.
