Actually we had successful experimental trials of Binder Jetting Printing of Ti-6Al-4V using ExOne M-Flex machine.

We used the conventional water-based binder that can be fully removed under 450 C. The porosity stayed up to 50-60%.

Than of course we can play with the green-body: just to perform de-binding and "necking" by low sintering; to decrease porosity by high sintering, or to make liquid infiltration with some metal or organic material.

This material after de-binding, can be easily sintered on 900 C with decreasing porosity, and improving mechanical properties.

Have you published your trials? I am interested to read it. The amount of porosity you had seems to be reasonable after removing the binding material completely. Do you have any recommendations on how to perform the sintering process if the fabricated part has internal channels? I am worried about deformation of the channels due to high sintering.

I can just suggest you that 3D Systems machines can 3d print direct metal - Ti6Al4V with more than 99% density. May be it can permit to obtain directly parts with less operations ?

I understood he is interested in developing the titanium metal metal alloy with Binder jetting process. He is not aiming for printing the parts.
