What bacteria are these blue colonies of EMB agar?

According to the technical data sheet of EMB agar, blue-black green metallic sheen colony indicates E. coli ATCC 25922 (00013) and E. coli ATCC 9739 (00012).

But these blue colonies only give blue color, not green metallic sheen color. Can they be called E. coli?
