What are your Inputs on a Dissertation Topic on Leadership using lens of Complexity Theory?

I am starting the process of developing my dissertation and would like to solicit inputs in regards to a suitable research topic in the area defined in the title of this request. Is there a specific area or topic in the Leadership and Complexity Theory literature that needs to be examined? I'm interested in doing something substantive but achievable... Are there key references this assembly of experts could recommend? Any and all support greatfully appreciated.
