Tissue-Resident Memory T Cells are memory T cells that are parked on tissues without recirculating at pathogen entry sites. They have a specific gene-expression programme. They provide a first local response against infections reencountered. But they are envolved in many autoimmune diseases.

How many types we have of this sub-population of memory T cells?

Can Trm be target in automimmune diseases? Or can they be a tool in treating diseases like cancer or virus infectious?

How can we generate them? can they be used as prophylactic tool to prevent some infectious diseases? can they be use as new vaccine?

What are you thinking dear researchers?
