I was working on purpose to isolate Bacillus amyloliquefaciens from natural soil sample. I got some isolates among them they were there. First three pictures are from one isolate and other three from another isolate.
Biochemical tests profile is as follows for both of them-
Starch hydrolysis(+), Oxidase(+), Catalase(+), VP(-), Citrate(+)
Are they B. anthracis? If they turns out to be as B. anthracis what are the health hazards working with them? Do I need to do any other biochemical test for confirmation ? What are their economical importances?
