I am going to sequence some isolates that have some physiological and biochemical properties as Azotobacter spp. What primer or primers should I use to sequence those isolates ? Any suggestions are welcome.

Thank you Sosanka for your link.
If you want to Identify the Azotobacter sp. strains, you can use 16 rRNA gene universal primers 27F and 1492R.
