Staining germ cells obtained after dilaceration of tissue treated with vincristine showed the presence of 'filaments'.

Testicular tissues were exposed to the chemical drug 33 days before the dilaceration.

The staining was done with Harris Hematoxylin, ammoniated alcohol and Shoor.

• Do you think they are 'tubulin filaments' or spindle representation (vincristine being a spindle poison)?

• Did anyone ever notice this kind of phenomenon in testicular tissue or have you ever seen this kind of representation?

• Do you think it is possible to have such consequences more than a month after treatment?

Thank you in advance
