Everything is in the question, I was thinking to do that:

Centrifuge at 2000g 20 min the plasma samples to eliminate the lipids aggregates

then process different dilution in milliQ (1:2 ; 1:4 ; 1:10 ; 1:20)

and then use the nanodrop 2000, to dose my samples.

I just wanted to ask you if it seems to be a good idea? or if you know different way to reach my goal.
