It has generally been reported that increase in reaction time and increase in reaction temperature increases the rate of nano particles by increasing the surface plasmon peaks under UV-Vis Analysis. I am working on the green synthesis of silver and Zinc oxide nanoparticles , for the optimization I have been using following parameters; reaction temperature:25,35,45 degree, reaction time;15mins,30mins using magnetic stirring vs Sonication method.

I want to know the biological factors underlying the reasons that the increase in both the reaction time and temperature would increase the SPP(surface plasmone peaks). Also how would such parameters affect the size and long term stability and drug loading efficiency?
