The current study is the use of multi-light sensing to determine the light path through the results of robot path determination.
Hi, Robots use different methods to determine their path including:
1- CCD camera, that uses an image processing program.
2- Radar, which calculates distances to objects by measuring the time of sending plus receiving radio frequency pulses.
3- Infrared sensors, that are used for near distances.
4- Magnetic Sensors, that are used in places where we have ferromagnetic materials.
5- Ultrasonic sensors, that are used in rigid places.
6- Mechanical microswitch, that are very simple.
the selection of the proper sensor is based on your robot, cost, the places that the robot will work, Environmental noise, etc.
You should make a compromise between the above factors.

1. sensor fusion that is combining GPS, and Wi-Fi for outdoor
2. SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping).
3.RFID and Bluetooth beacons for indoor environments
4.Kalman filters for refining sensor data in both settings.
