It is very important to diagnose it early, as we know that early detection can be very helpful and save many lives. There is 80% of survival rate if treated in early stages. And it drops down to 20-40% for the last stages.

It has been a good research interest these days for non-invasive diagnostics. I came across some interesting literature stating good evidence that getting samples for biopsy has potential risk of inseminating cancer cells in the circulation.

I also came accross a review on micro-RNA, which I have attached here. Its quite impressive how it works.

I wanted to know if there are some other non-invasive techniques through which we can diagnose oral cancer early?
