Do affinity constants for 25 (OH) D with albumin or with vitamin D binding protein in case of mouse and human are same or different?

I want to know, what are the binding coefficients in mouse for the calculation of free 25(OH)D? Please help me

Hi Anirutha. serum albumin is the main serum transport protein for ALL hydrophobic metabolites. Their Kd is around 10-3 t0 10-4 M because they all bind to similar sites in serum albumin.
