I have limited samples for my analysis and I can only perform my analysis once in triplicates (or at least twice in triplicates not more than that). So far, my analysis showed persistent results. Is performing once in triplicates enough to conclude that my active samples have antimicrobial activities? Or should I perform the same protocol twice in triplicates or triplicates in three independant experiments? Your golden opinion is highly appreciated.
