Try Toluene but be careful with handling because it is toxic. I mention toluene because I remember that carbon molecules like C60 are dissolved in toluene.

But if you are going to store them for long term use you might need to sonicate them afterwards for re-suspending it.

I tried with water and sonication for 3 hr. My question is that, Will it become clear solution or not?

obviously it will and will be stable for so long if GO is properly made.

I think in Non polar solvents like benzene, toluene and carbon tetrachloride

polar solvents and water is the best one because GO is hydrophilic

Try NMP, chloroform or acetone.

Water is the best and followed by other polar protic solvent such as alcohols and formic acid.

GO can be easily disperse in water but no clear solution will be there.

For pure GO, water is best

I have found that DMSO is best, then ISO alcohol ...all though turpentine is interesting due to it's carbon structure ...

Water & DMF are good depending on the application aspect. THF may be tried because it is a good solvent.
