What are the shear modulus and damping coefficient values to be consideredfor granular sub base material or granular sub grade material?

I'm currently working on modelling of resilient modulus test on granular sub base material in FLAC3D. As a part of input data i'm in need of many properties out of which I couldn't find proper literature for shear modulus (even elastic modulus) and damping coefficient values. kindly help me with any leads or suggest journals in this regard.
