What are the risks and benefits of publishing in a Journal that are not indexed in Scopus yet but are being published by Elsevier, Springers, MDPI , Sage, Taylor and Francis etc ? I observed that there are some Journals that are not indexed yet in Scopus/ISI/SCI but they are making call for articles. What are the risks and benefits of publishing with such Journals? Is there any assurance that articles published there will be indexed in near future?

No etc. But other listed publishers gave a good chance for success.
There is no risk if the publisher is respectable. The question of indexation is a different one - depends on gow badly you need it...

There is no risk at all. Publishing with these reputable publishers is of matter even if the journal is not indexed yet.

OK, colleagues - good luck with publishing. My personal opinion is, that pay for a journal which is less than Q2 (according Clarivative / JCR) is wasting your money. Unless there are sources just for publishing, but even then you may spend ,money wisely :)

Based on my humble experience, I believe that publishing in journals related to reputable publishers, such as Elsevier, Springer and others, is undoubtedly a wonderful scientific work and in the right direction. It is much better than publishing in journals that may be indexed within scopus, but they are Known with commercial purposes.

Indeed most scientists published in well-known journals such as those indexed in scopus in order to more gain visibility and citations. However, most researchers do not rely solely on scopus to search for articles. For me, if the journal is indexed in PubMed, it is good enough although IFs and other metrics are also worth considering.

I think that there will be no risk at all, its matter of quantity and quality, I guess.
The risk is that some evaluation system not consider the article as a part of the personal production
It's a focus in quality and essential PhD/MSc publication requirement by some reputed universities.

IF your in your early parts of academic career, and need experience for the feedback and revision rounds, when publishing with journals, these "non indexed" journals can be an option for you.
Specially if you take a bit of time, what sort of articles they have been publishing in recent history (are they good in quality e.g. in your guiding professors opinion etc.) and on the other hand specially what sort of review delay claims they make.
Indexed and well established & long term journals tend to have the reality in their review process, that it takes ages (specially from the young researchers mind) to get any feedback at all for their work.
