What are the quickest ways to get a Host for a Humboldt Fellowship?

I want to apply for Humboldt fellowship but my immediate challenge is to search for a host. This is as my Postgraduate studies was in Asia and most of my referees are not Humboldt fellows. What are the best ways to secure a host for this fellowship that seems like an interesting experience?

Anyone with similar experience and ideas to share please?
