If it is a novel bacteria, did you tried to identify it? Did you do any 16S rRNA taxonomic assignment or any other taxonomic assignment? And if you are just asking for gene or "Genome" annotation ?

Bacterial genome annotation is simple and easy when compared to eukaryotic genome annotation. This is due to the simple structure of prokaryotic gene, lack of introns, lack of multiple promoters and lack of repetitive DNA. The boundaries of prokaryotic genes are the start and stop codons and all prokaryotic genes are sipmle open reading frames. So, unlike eukaryotic genomes, annotation of novel bacterial genomes is simple. Many online tools including NCBI prokaryotic genome annotation pipelines are available for this.
