I am working on Dilute magnetic Semiconductors (DMS) - powder samples. RAMAN peak for pure host material sample got around 400 cm-1 whereas for the doped samples the peak came around 800 cm-1. I didn't observe this much variation in peak shift in literature.
What may be the reason behind this variation in peak shift.
