Hi, i am working on modelling PEM ammonia electrolyzer where ammonia will be the final product, using fuel cell and electrolyser module in COMSOL Multiphysics. I checked all the boundary conditions. I am getting these errors despite tried changing various parametric conditions. The error is occurring mainly in stationary solver of secondary current distribution. please help me in resolving this issue.
Half cell reactions-
Anode- 3H2O -> 1.5O2 + 6H+ + 6e-
Cathode- N2 + 6H+ + 6e- -> 2NH3
At cathode both reactions can occur. Included both in porous electrode coupling reactions.
Here I used Brickman equation, Secondary current distribution, Transport of concentrated species interfaces and coupled them. I need the results of the final concentration of ammonia produced and secondary current distribution.
I have attached the simulation file. Pls check and help me in resolving the error.
