As we all know, in Eukaryota the post translation and refolding does not occur properly for expression of rDNA .what are the steps or methods.
what are the possibility to complete the whole process inside the cell and get activate protein with complete post transcription and refolding?
I think you could over express the protein in SF9 cells (insect cells) or eukaryotic cell lines which would take care of the post translational modifications of the protein. Exoress the protein with a tag like His or GST so that you can pull the expressed protein down with affinity purification and insert a cleavage site after the tag so that the tag can be cleaved of after purification with some enzyme such as TEV or Thrombin. Hope this works
