What are the most recent developments with Integrated Assessment Modelling (Models that integrate earth system science with economic models)?. Do any treat total factor productivities as endogenous variables of climate and climate policy?

I am just at a final conference of 3 EU projects and one of them integrates models from different levels. Do look at http://www.pathways-project.eu
They integrated individual based models (behaviour) with more global level pathways (carbon emissions and so on).
