What are the most efficient loxP sites for cre-mediated inversion in mice?

Hi,

We want to make a mouse which has loxP flanked construct. Upon Cre expression this construct need to inverse. I'm wondering which loxP sites are best to flank the construct with... Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks.
