I've been thinking that is there a way to target protein of interest inside of the cell and activate autophagy, ubiquitine proteosome system or chaperone protein directed degradation for that protein?

Please find bellow a very recent paper in which they do something very similar to what you are interested in. In their particular case they suppress the expression of the endogenous protein (POI) while introducing a modified version of the POI that can be degraded upon exposure to a drug. With this approach they are able to very rapidly, reversibly and in a titratable way reduce/abolish the expression of several proteins.
