What are the methods available to determine molecular weight of polymer other than SDS PAGE, and MALDI MS?

I have one compound whose molecular mass is above 12000 how can i determine it through an easy method?

You could do a fine sucrose gradient and analytical ultracentrifugation if you have the facilities. Alternately, you could use gel filtration chromatography with Sephadex G-50 if it is water or select solvent soluble.
