There are no any special media you go through the literature or follow trial and error method like start with MS medium with 1-5 mg/l BAP or Kinetin low concentrations of Zeatin or TDZ. If you want more details mail me.
You gave a 'family' name, but what is the 'species'? In tissue culture, different protocols or medium are used for different species, even 'different genotypes'. Asked a tissue culture protocol for a 'family' is too 'broad'.
For a newbie I would suggest that you get a protocol for any plant and try to replicate it before trying out with your species of interest. May be start with a protocol for multiple shoot regeneration using nodal segments as explants and MS medium with a cytokinin such as BAP or Kinetin as suggested by the others. This will enable you to also learn effective surface disinfection techniques as contamination of cultures can be quite discouraging to a beginner. Good luck.
