plasmacytoid dendritic cells are sensitive to viral infection through TLR receptors, viral particules stimulate and or enter in these cells, that induce interferon alpha production and became activated (ie activated molecules).
Thank you.I appreciate your attention for my question.But I'm interested in maturation steps by which these cells have to pass.Where do these processes occur? I mean bone marrow, connective tissue or blood and etc. Certainly, these cells produced in bone marrow.But how do they become competent cells? Is this course done like dendritic cells to whom T-lymphocytes deal with?
