Surly, we use Likert scale but different states across the country have different approaches that may can not evaluate satisfaction with same question s. On the other hand if we use customized tool for each state, then we can not compare states, ....
When we receive questionnaires we find that number of people who answered the questions are bellow 30 in some hospitals,(because of low rate of bed occupation) . Is
