Making the assumption that both, drug and polymer are soluble in a suitable non-toxic solvent and that most of the solution's and process' parameters are well defined, what factors do you consider influence the drug's suitability for being developed by the different electrospinning methods that are currently available? According to your experience, what are the major challenges of the scale-up process?
