Dear Muneeb Faiq for eminent researcher like you, I might not to able to meet the expectation of answer for your question . To the best of my knowledge, the landmarks to interpret OCTA depends on what is your region of interest. If you are interested in looking for vascular changes in optic disc perfusion, the peripapillary vessel density may be the area you should look. If you are interested in macular region same macular vessel density, foveal avascular zone diameter might be the area of interest. For choroidal study I would look for areas between Bruch's membrane and Choroido-scleral junction.
