I am getting many many requests through social media on this project, but the scientific community to this point has been silent. I am calling upon all those who care about potential and real effects on the general population of the nations involved with these kinds of sky-spraying prjects. Thank you.
I realize this is drawing a blank in this forum because probably no one has any information on this. The ones that do are probably involved in the project and cannot talk about it, so as the question as to public health impact looms larger and larger we are left with conjecture and speculation. But just the same, something real is happening out there and at the least there needs to be public disclosure and informed consent of those affected. Does anyone have any thoughts on this or other related projects? We understand there are corresponding programs in other countries, as well.

Thank you for your contribution to the discussion, Masood. Either others are not aware of this happening or are concerned about repercussions by commenting on it. Personally, I recall back in the early 1970s when government cloud seeding projects brought devestating snows to places by Buffalo, NY and around the Great Lakes. When the word leaked out to the public there was a huge outcry and the projects went underground. I understand from a source that this is the case now, only the consequences are much greater and causing a "feverless flu", allergies, and triggering asthma in many people. The cases seem to present in droves at the same time and then subside for a time. How these waves of complaints synchronize with such "seeding" is anyone's guess. But I do wish the public was better informed about things like this and then they can decide if that is how they want their tax dollars spent. Thank you again.

Thank you for the information and link, Humza. I have read summaries reflecting the same phenomena in the United States, as well. This is an issue that researchers from all over the world need to be involved. If anyone cares about the environment, especially when a government passes laws protecting the environment, there ought to grave concern from the public and scientific community when things like this are found out. Humza, thank you for a most enlightening article--i had read some of these sources in the past--only the brave souls dare broach the subject. We are in the face of an epidemic of COPD, Asthma and Chronic Bronchitis in the US and practically no one over here knows it. Just from COPD we will have 60,000 or more deaths in 2015 and it is not even mentioned in the media. This increase is so phenomenal that an entire industry has been built around these chronic diseases and instead we ought to putting a stop to this assault on the environment, and focus on getting these people over their upper respiratory diseases. Hopefully, we can get the word out and more "brave souls" like yourself will begin speaking and writing about the problem. Thank you again.

"Why in the world are they spraying?" is a great documentary and I think that after that documentary media should be bringing something in action. If they had been stopped by doing that than it's bad. Currently, I think that these brave souls should come to one platform and talk about the issue. There should be a conference that need to be covered by media and these people should be talking about an issue so there should be no chemtrails anymore. I believe that hard work pay off and one day this will stop.

The project is studying neutral and charged particles in the ionosphere and how each affects the way the other moves resulting in currents in the region. The variations matter because all of our communications and GPS satellites send signals through the ionosphere. A disturbed ionosphere translates to disturbed signals, so scientists want to know just what causes the ionosphere to behave in specific ways.

It is indeed instructive that something that represents such an avoidable threat to human safety and health garners so little interest as the US Air Force's chemtrails issue. We go inordinate amounts of time without a single contribution to the discussion. Yet I suspect 50 years from now we will discover the societal and Heath damage to the public that even more secretive and erstwhile boondoggle, like the HAARP project in Alaska, has caused in terms of the droughts and subsequent flooding that powerfully deadly project has caused totally under pressure the radar of media and man.
